1. All items are described as accurately and in as much detail as possible to the best of our knowledge and ability. However, catalog descriptions are to some extent interpretive.
2. If any merchandise is found to be substantially at odds with the condition as described, or if upon collation the items are found defective in text or illustrations, or if an autograph, photo, graphic, binding, or content can be proven not genuine, than it may be returned for a full refund, providing said merchandise is shipped within (10) days of receipt.
3. Any returned merchandise shipped C.O.D. will not be accepted. Insurance for merchandise must cover the full purchase price and be paid by the purchaser.
4. At any time past (10) business days of receipt all sales are final.
5. Merchandise paid by personal check on a non-established account may be held for (10) business days until such funds clear.
6. All merchandise shipped within the United States will be shipped U.P.S. unless otherwise stated. Overseas shipments will be billed to the client. Insurance for the purchase price will be paid for by D & D Galleries.
7. Any and all conditions may be waived at the sole discretion of D & D Galleries.
8. New Jersey, Connecticut, & New York State & City residents please include the appropriate sales tax.
10. Deferred billing available for Libraries and Institutions.
